Pulper Machine - double screw press pulping machine for paper mill

Description:

This machine is mainly used for the black liquor extraction of cooked wheat straw pulp and deinked waste paper pulp. It can also be used as the crushing after presoaking before cooking. A pair of variable diameter and variable pitch screw rotate in the opposite direction and the fibers are pressed in the space by the changing space to extract the black liquor and crush the wheat straw. The extraction efficiency and the black liquor thickness is high and the fiber wastage and damage is low.

Function & application:
It is used for thickening and washing in low consistency and medium consistency rang of waste paper pulping process and it is also suitable for thickening and washing pulp such as sulfate wood pulp, mechanical pulp, and chemi-mechanical pulp, etc.
